Properties: colorless transparent liquid. The relative density is about 1.38 (20℃). It can be miscible with water or alcohol, decomposed by heating to 130 degrees, and can react with metal elements, metal fluorides, oxides, hydroxides or carbonate to form corresponding fluoroborate.

To use: The main component of fluoroborate electroplating solution. It is used as catalyst for alkylation and polymerization to prepare raw materials of various fluoroborate salts. It can also be used for cleaning and corrosion of metal surface oxides and silicate films.
Storage: This product should be stored in a cool dry ventilated place.
